Sales Associate & Content Creator

Hill House is seeking Sales Associate & Content Creator to create social media content and personalized shopping experiences for our customers at our Rock Center retail store. We are hiring part-time positions that will maintain a retail schedule (including weekends). RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in the production and creation of social content for brand channels upon request from the marketing team Responsible for sharing store-related content ideas on a regular basis with the marketing team Become a product expert and offer fit, fabric, style, and gift recommendationsBuild authentic connections with shoppers as you answer questions and complete purchasesConstantly seek ways to improve the customer experience and energize the team to do the sameAssist with checking stock on a daily basis and restocking the selling floor when necessaryPerform open and closeout procedures as neededEnsure and maintain the shop floor and visual display are kept to a high standardWork in a fast-paced environment while utilizing exceptional customer service skillsSurprise and delight customers by going above and beyond their expectations ABOUT YOUPassionate about content creation and fluent in the social media landscape.
