Seeking qualified Vice President to join our growing Healthcare Industry Vertical within Citi's Commercial Bank (CCB). Target market includes companies in the Medical Device, Tools & Diagnostics, Life Sciences, Digital Health and Healthcare Services industry sub-segments. This is an opportunity to support new business development, as well as day-to-day management of existing relationship while gaining some primary client coverage responsibility. Candidate will gain significant experience in capital markets, cash management, rates and FX across Citi's global network. Flexibility for candidate to be based in New York, NY, Boston, MA, Chicago, IL, Los Angeles, CA or San Francisco, CA.Responsibilities:Serve as a key resource in driving new business generation in partnership with senior bankers, as well as independentlyDevelop relationships with key partners across the Citi platform to structure innovative and customized solutions that meet clients' individual needsFunction as a key member of the team working with junior bankers to support new client acquisition activities, day-to-day maintenance of client relationships and strategic initiatives Administrate the credit relationship of the client, coordinating and supervising the entire process, ensuring the proper application of policies and institutional processesEnsures compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies guidelines at all timeAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:6+ years of experienceFINRA Licensing 79, 63, SIE (current or ability to obtain upon hire)Sound knowledge of banking and investment products and process as well as a track record of providing sound banking and financial advice and solutions to clientsDemonstrates sound credit skills by being able to structure more complex deals, which can include capital market transactionsDemonstrates advanced level of Early Warning Detection skillsDemonstrates advanced credit skills; able to structure all type of credit dealsAbility to work effectively in team settingAbility to coordinate multi-functional teams to provide an exceptional client experience.Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills (e.g. negotiation, consultative skills, leadership)Ability to work under pressure while making sound decisionsHighly focused, able to rapidly identify key priorities, clearly communicate the prioritiesA proactive approach in looking for ways in strengthening business relationship with clients, delivers a simple, secure and seamless client experiencePassion for creating new business opportunities with existing clients and able to demonstrate innovative approaches to meeting clients' needs.Ability to embrace new technology and understand the role digital plays in the experience we deliver for our clientsAble to quickly adapt priorities based on the latest data insightsEducation:Bachelor'sUniversity degree, Masters degree preferredJob Family Group: Commercial and Business SalesJob Family:Relationship ManagementTime Type:Full timePrimary Location:New York New York United StatesPrimary Location Full Time Salary Range:$157,040.00 - $235,560.00In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
