In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing and standardizing our GTM data infrastructure, driving data governance, and delivering impactful data analysis and insight generation. Your work will directly support GTM performance reporting to drive strategic decision-making across the organization.What you'll do:Build and enhance GTM data infrastructure by leveraging Salesforce and Nirvana's proprietary data. The role will also involve gathering and cleaning data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.Develop informative and visually engaging reports, dashboards, and presentations by translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, Product, Finance, and other teams to define data requirements and align on project goals.Implement data integrity checks and validation processes to maintain accuracy and integrity. Proactively identify and resolve data anomalies or discrepancies.About you:Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or engineering3+ years of experience in data analysis supporting GTM and Finance functionsExpert-level skills in writing SQL, Python is nice to haveStrong understanding of data modeling concepts, including relational and dimensional modeling, as well as experience designing and implementing data models to support business intelligence and analyticsExperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, or Power BIBasic understanding of Statistics and data scienceGood communication and presentation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication. Proven interpersonal skills and ability to convey key insights from complex analyses in summarized business terms. For this role, the estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $144,000 .
