TEAM AND ROLE:We're looking for a Trade Operations Analyst to join our business and the extremely dynamic market we operate in, and to embark on a journey with us towards a better tomorrow. This will be a hybrid role in our Manhattan office with in-office days required on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDraft, amend, and review purchasesale contracts and FrameworkGeneral Agreements for renewable certificates and potentially physical trades in a timely and accurate mannerManage the contract lifecycle, collaborating with global teams and ensuring alignment across processes while engaging with internal and external stakeholdersMaintain accurate contract records and oversee certificate transfers, redemptions, and inventory management across multiple registries and countriesServe as the main point of contact for inquiries, working closely with finance, risk, and compliance teams to enhance information flowLeverage Python and Excel to support automation projects, enhancing team efficiency and streamlining processesKEY REQUIREMENTS 2+ years working experience in a similar position within a trading environment or similar industryFantastic attention to detail with the ability to work independently and in a team environmentExcellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent data skills (advanced Excel and work experience using Python required)COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS STX intends on offering the selected candidate a competitive base salary within the range of $75,000-$90,000, based on a number of objective factors such as relevant experience, holistic skillset, and applicable licenses and certifications.
