This role is integral to supporting our attorneys with discovery-related tasks in a plaintiff-focused practice. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are comfortable managing discovery processes, and excel in client communication, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of discovery, including drafting, reviewing, and responding to discovery anize, review, and analyze documents for production and case preparation.Coordinate with attorneys to ensure discovery deadlines are municate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties via phone and email.Support case management by maintaining detailed records and tracking case progress.Adapt to evolving case strategies and priorities, ensuring timely and accurate work.Provide bilingual support (Spanish and English) in client interactions and document translations as needed.Qualifications:Proven experience with discovery processes in a legal setting.Strong communication skills, with confidence and professionalism on the phone.Ability to work effectively in a plaintiff-focused environment.Bilingual in Spanish and English.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.A flexible, adaptable mindset to meet the demands of a dynamic legal team.Paralegal certification or equivalent legal education (preferred but not required).Apply here or shoot me an email @ with your resume.
