Visit .As an Inside Sales Account Manager you will play a critical role in helping Catalyst Flex achieve our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable engaging prospective clients using various methods (i.e. calls, emails and social), working with your Business Development and Marketing partners, generating interest and qualifying prospects and opportunities prior to hand-off to business development.Position ResponsibilitiesSource new sales opportunities through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospectingEngage and build rapport with prospects through call, email and social outreach activityUnderstand customer needs and requirements through research, discovery and qualification and drive leads through the early stages of the sales processEngage and build rapport with prospects through call, email and social outreach activitySet appointments with new customersRoute qualified leads and opportunities to your Business Development partners to further qualify, develop and closeCo-manage sales territories and develop territory plans and a strategy with your Business Development partners in order to achieve new customer and revenue growth targetsBuild your opportunity funnel via research and identify target accounts, key prospects and opportunity at each account within your territoriesContinually maintain and expand your databasefunnel of target accounts, prospects and opportunities within your territoriesPartner with Marketing to understand and leverage their initiatives and Business Development to tackle territory targets and goalsTrack and manage all of your activity and outreach in our CRM; maintain all account, opportunity, contact and lead records in the systemUse other technology and data tools to make connections, conduct research and identify prospectsMeet daily, weekly and monthly activity, RFP and new business metrics and targets developed by Vice President, Business Development. Attend trades shows and other events as neededPosition Qualification RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree, life sciences preferredExperiencePrior insides sales andor sales development experience - minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience including experience in developing new business, lead nurturing and qualification, and prospectingCROpharmaceutical industry experience preferred including knowledge of Phase I-IV clinical research and development and FSPExperience with Salesforce or other CRMRequired Certifications: NARequired SkillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteDrive and determination to succeed as well as meet and exceed targetsAbility to listen and identify customer challenges and pain pointsAbility to manage priorities and workflow.Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills.Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational mitment to excellence and high standards.Creative, flexible, and innovative team playerApplicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.
