To learn more about the Center, please go to Job: The Office of the President (OOP) at the Center for Reproductive Rights is looking for an enthusiastic, resourceful, and highly organized undergraduate to support the department, including the President & CEO and the Chief of Staff. This position, which will be 35 hours per week, will provide the candidate with experience in the day-to-day functions within the executive office of a global nonprofit, including office administration, data management, research, and meeting preparation. Additionally, there will be opportunities for the candidate to attend and observe substantive meetings, events, and conversations on program work across the organization.The internship will be based in the Center's New York City office. Covid-19 vaccination is required for all US-based employees of the Center.Primary Responsibilities: The scope of this position will cover, but is not limited to: Conducting research and preparing briefing materials for the President & CEO for upcoming meetings and speaking engagements; Maintaining the CEO's contacts database, including updating and categorizing for strategic outreachrelated to high-profile cases; andMonitoring and preparing responses for public email accounts;Qualifications:Current student enrolled in a bachelor's degree program; Strong commitment to the Center's mission, purpose, and values; High level of discretion in handling confidential matters and materials; Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal presentation skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively under deadlines; Previous work experience in an office environment; Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Excel; and A sense of humor.
