DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESGreet and welcome executives, clients, and walk-ins with a professional demeanorProvide customers with product support and consultationsDevelop lead generation strategies for Design Studio and BDM teamsDrive new opportunities through lead qualification and follow-upGenerate opportunities to drive sales and achieve targetsAttend networking events to develop new business relationshipsConfirm and schedule design studio appointments through shared calendars.Partner with the Events Manager to manage events and conferences, as well as address potential problems that might ariseAttend all events (where appropriate) to create and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.Serve as the liaison for all facilities maintenance projects for the location, including troubleshooting and performing minor repairs as needed.
