This person will be responsible for store opening and closing operations, ensuring that all store operations are occurring as expected, and providing a great experience in store. This person needs to have a strong attention to detail and will be an expert in store processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and communicating barriers to the Store Manager. The position reports to & receives functional guidance from the Store Manager.What You Will AchieveManage a team of Brand Associates setting expectations, goals, and develop talentAct as the manager on duty in the store, focused on delivering results while enabling a positive customer and employee experienceMaintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for customers, employees, and store productsFocused on providing positive customer and employee experienceSet high store standards that reflects company brand image, values, and cultureSubject matter expert on POP MART core business information including POP MART's characters information, products, company history informationSupport company on marketing events such as in store events, Pop-up events, conventions, new store openingsSupport company RoboShop business as needed and follow up with in store RoboShop employee and RoboShop business partners as neededImprove sales performance of stores and meet sales key performance indicators such as store conversion, units per transaction, dollars per transaction, store sales trendsDrive sales of company key products such as Blind boxes, MEGA, and accessoriesMust be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidaysVisual Merchandising & Inventory Management (1 or the other depending on store size)Execute Visual Merchandising and Marketing directives from business partners while attending weekly calls Installation of Marketing decals, props, set up new merchandising planograms, and set up marketing fixturesRemerchandise the sales floor based on product sell-through or slow moving product, making strategic decisions that align with business needsWorks closely with Inventory ASM to determine BOH and warehouse inventory levelsRequired to work specific days of the week depending on VisualInventory Management responsibilities Responsible for back of house organization, inventory management, receivingtransferring of goods, and weeklyquarterly inventory auditing.
