Dietary SupervisorDietary Supervisor Job DescriptionCandidate must possess strong organizational and communication skills to supervise staff and interact with our geriatric residents. Responsibilities include supervisingtraining staff and assisting with the operations of the Food Service Department. Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the Food Service Department, its programs and activities. Inspect food storage rooms, utilityjanitorial closets, etc., for upkeep and supply control. Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of food and non-food supplies. Assist in food purchasing and receiving including monitoring expenditures and cost controls. Assist in developing methods for determining quality and quantity of food.Dietary Supervisor QualificationsAt least 1 year supervisory experienceHigh school degree.Strong references.Experience in healthcare, a plus.Able to work weekdays and weekendsSalary: Up to $26.00 an hourAn Equal Opportunity Employer
