Our technology improves the overall experience of patient billing and engagement, enabling providers to thrive in a constantly evolving environment while helping patients understand the cost of their care.Cedar is looking for a Platform Product Manager, Communications to lead product development for a cross-functional squad responsible for improving communications scalability and building internal tools. This role will focus on building internal infrastructure for engineering teams within Cedar to scale out their communications, and may also be interface directly with customers to understand their communications needs. Strategy: developing product strategy by researching user needs, sizing potential opportunities, and aligning with Cedar competenciesDiscovery: driving product discovery with internal cross-functional users to identify problems worth solving and validating solutionsDevelopment: working with your squad (engineering, design and data science) to execute on the roadmap and launch high quality productsCollaboration: working with engineering & product teams to gain an understanding of the key problems to focus on + how best to drive efficiencies for scaling ResponsibilitiesWork cross-functionally with product success, engineering, product management, design, and data science to scale communications Drive product strategy by generating insights via research with engineering and product success stakeholdersInvestigate, scope, and frame which key problems your product area should solveDevelop + execute on roadmap with dev team (Eng, Design, Data) in-line with Cedar strategyDefine measurement strategies for team and launches, while teaming with Data to draw insights Define GTM for your product to ensure flawless delivery + end user valueRequired Skills & ExperienceExperience working on a technical platforms team, allowing internal engineering teams to build services on top of a foundational platformExperience driving projects focused on refactoring backend applications or scaling APIs to drive developer efficiency and scalability Minimum 4+ years of product management experience in a rapid-growth startup environment Comfortable solving big, ambiguous problems via experimentation and limited dataExperience working directly with engineers and to ship internal-facing applicationsStrong analytical and data driven approachStrong executive communication + project management skills with leadership teamsStrong story-telling abilities to rally both internal and external stakeholdersBonus QualificationsPrior knowledge of the healthcare space (providers, insurance companies, tech companies...)Compensation Range and BenefitsSalaryHourly Rate Range*: $144,500 - $170,00This role is equity eligibleThis role offers a competitive benefits and wellness package*Subject to location, experience, and educationWhat do we offer to the ideal candidate?A chance to improve the U.S. healthcare system at a high-growth company!
