Job DescriptionMain functionsduties: Manage relationships with over 50 distributors across 10 brands, leading annual negotiations and developing an annual plan that aligns with company goals. Develop a deep understanding of each distributor, identify their priorities, and create customized plans that align with those priorities. Define our go-to-market strategy in collaboration with all departments (Field Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) and establish the appropriate strategies to drive sales through the foodservice channels. Ensure effective communication with brands to keep them informed of the progress of their business. This role requires the ability to communicate consistently with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Analyze and understand channel financials including inventory, product rotation, margins, rebates, discounts and price positioning. Prepare presentations, provide quotes, and conduct negotiations as necessary while representing the company's interests to support the growth of our multi-brand business. Ensure the effective development of our partner program, including sell-out policy, YAPA signature, accurate reporting through Salesforce, and preparation of annual market and business reviews. The Channel Manager will also play a key role in defining a collaborative supply strategy with our distributors. Analyze and organize data to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). The Channel Manager will conduct regular field visits with internal sales and distributor sales representatives and is expected to effectively sell all products to drive sales with these stakeholders. The Channel Manager will plan and execute commercial activities, including promotions and incentives, and help organize events and demonstrations with distributors and customers to drive sales development.
