Assist in restocking throughout the dayMaintain a clean and safe workspace and ensure all food safety standards are met in an open kitchen environmentAssist throughout the day by washing, cutting, and stocking the line with necessary menu itemsCirculate dirtyclean bowls and utensilsClean and wipe down the salad line at end of the day, including the lettuce fridge, prep tables, and floorsFollow all proper knife safety proceduresLearn and maintain knowledge of our seasonally changing menuMaintain a clean and well-groomed personal appearance and adhere to our uniform policyAdditional duties needed andor assigned by your ManagerAs a company, we are passionate about 4 key things: our food, our people, our customers, and our planet.
