As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will act as a brand ambassador providing excellent service and building long-term relationships with our customers and will help drive the business in all aspects, from sales to brand building. ResponsibilitiesDeliver excellent customer service.Create and maintain long-term relationships.Work individually and as part of a team to execute efficient workflows and reach sales targets.Work with merchandising and styling.Plan and execute daily store operations.Work towards company standards and goals.Analyze and work towards Key Performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals.Participate in and contribute to TOTEME's social and environmental sustainability strategy.Your Profile2+ years of experience in fashion retail (high-endcontemporary luxury preferable).Previous experience in high-end service with a strong lifestyle brand. The hourly salary for this role ranges between $25-30hour and will be set according to the applicant's profile, skills and previous experienceTOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London and New York and a growing number of stores in Europe, North America and Asia.
