Here's your opportunity to join an amazing family-owned business that has been around for nearly 100 years!What You'll Do:Cemstone is seeking a detail-oriented and organized in-office Executive Administrator with an emphasis on bookkeeping to join our team. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and processing transactions and requires a strong understanding of basic accounting, bookkeeping and tax principles. The position will also require performing duties consistent with executive administration with the expectation and ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.Duties Include:Perform all basic bookkeeping functions including cash management, invoicing, accounts payable, payroll, sales tax, registrations, governmental reporting and bank reconciliations for multiple small businesses and Executives.Prepare monthly financial reports including income statements and balance sheets.Maintain organized financial records and documentation for use in third party preparation of income tax returnsProactively manage calendars, email, calls, travel and other correspondence, while anticipating challenges and conflicting priorities and helping to navigate the requests with a calm sense of responsibilityScreen and respond to calls of key stakeholders as requestedHandle sensitive and highly confidential processes for the ExecutivesGather, prepare and produce high quality reports, presentations and other documents or information as requested. Create Professional PowerPoint presentations and support the executive level materials such as board materials.Prepare for meetings and conferences (notice, agenda, pre-work, follow-up). Handle space procurement issues and make food service arrangements.Participate in the completion of special projects in cooperation with Senior LeadershipOther duties as assignedRequired Skills:Understanding of QuickBooks accountingbookkeeping software or similar packagesProficient in using software including Excel, Microsoft Office and other related toolsBasic knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirementsStrong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectivelySelf-motivated, confident, detail-oriented and analyticalProfessional interpersonal and strong communication skillsWillingness to work overtime as necessaryExperienceEducation:Associate or Bachelor's degree.
