Job DescriptionHVAC Service Technician (Commercial Industrial )Montgomery County, PAHourly Rate: $30.00-$40.00Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems.Test and record electrical, pneumatic, and gas systems.Test and record liquid systems.Perform repairs in accordance with local building codes and TMS policies.Maintain accurate logs of work performed.Perform other duties as assigned.RequirementsPrevious experience as an HVAC technician5 years of experience in HVAC service or repair.Strong knowledge of air conditioning and heating systemsMechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordFamiliarity with HVAC codes and regulationsExcellent communication and customer service skillsExcellent technical skills with the ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and water systems.Ability to pass a background check.BenefitsHealth BenefitsPTOPaid HolidaysCompany Vehicle
