The Regional Sales Manager (RSM), under the supervision of the Assistant Director and Director of Corporate Partnerships & Business Development will be responsible for (a) geographic region; regions are assigned by Director of EBS andor Vice President of Business and Program Development. The primary objective of the RSM is to create jobs for the people EBS provides services to, to identify and to build a team of Account Executives who will bring jobs, promote our programs andor stablish partnerships throughout the City with the goal of promoting and creating jobs for people we support.Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESOversee and supervise Marketing and Sales Region assignedEnsure that the region and Account Executives under supervision meet region's job placement goals every quarter.Develop employment opportunities for people supported as outlined in the Addendum #1 attachedPromote widespread, positive imageknowledge of AHRC's Employment & Business Services. Hire and supervise of Account Executives (AE)Assess performance of Account Executives under direct supervision, train new marketing staff, and coordinate placement activityEnsure excellent customer service to all customersActively participate in internal and external networking eventsActively organize networking events to develop linkages with potential employers and to promote AHRC brandDevelop and maintain marketing strategy targeting successful creation of jobs for people supportedCreate and complete action plans targeting a specific line of business, employers, type of job, etc.Develop valued relationships with businesses employers. Maintain and expand customer baseProvide best job matching for job seekers and employersEnsure customized employment is a priority for the marketing teamCoordinate the day to day responsibilities of Account ExecutivesAt a minimum, the RSM will be required to bring new business, in the form of a service contract that provides employment to two or more people supported on a quarterly basisDevelop employment opportunities for existing NYSID workers in experienced porter positions. At a minimum, six employees will need to transition from NYSID contractsRequired to travel throughout the 5 boroughs and in and out of state as neededPrepare and deliver marketing presentations as neededConduct other responsibilities as assigned
