This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, supportive environment where clinical expertise and leadership thrive.Job Summary:The Assistant ER Nurse Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Emergency Department Nurse Manager in overseeing daily operations. This includes ensuring high-quality patient care, managing staff schedules, coordinating patient flow, and maintaining compliance with hospital policies and procedures. The position requires strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and the ability to function effectively in high-pressure situations.
