Trivantage is recruiting for an Operations Coordinator which will provide operational and administrative support for the office and warehouse, and will be primary on-site contact for will-call customers. This person will report directly to the Distribution Center Manager on site.Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000 AnnuallyResponsibilities: Responsible for assisting customers when they come pick up their orders, helping check in and check out customers.Responsible for onsite safety protocols within the warehouse operation.Assisting with staying up to date with the training operations. Staying up to date with export management.Helping with the daily warehouse management daily flowAssisting the DC Manager with special projectsEducation & Experience:Minimum associate's degree, bachelor's degree preferredThe ideal candidate will have 1-3 years' experience in handling a wide range of administrative support related tasks and experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Warehouse Management Systems. In addition, the ideal candidate will be dependable, self-motivated with a high attention to detail and the ability to adapt to change.Managing processes, Process improvement, Inventory reconciliation, reporting skills, Developing standards, Strong organizational and planning skills, Time management skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bilingual in SpanishEnglish.
