Global Financial Firm located in NEW YORK, NY has an immediate contract opportunity for an experienced Legal Documentation Specialist "This role is currently on a Hybrid Schedule. You will need to have reliable internet, computer and android or iphone for remote access into the client systems during remote work. We will be expected in the office weekly 3 days depending on the team requirement. ****Video f2f interviews are required prior to all offers. Pay rate range: $ 23.00 - $ 27.00 Negotiable based upon years of experience Solutions for Financial Intermediaries - Legal Documentation Support Top Skills: 1. Team player This is a temporary legal documentation support position within the Solutions for Financial Intermediaries team in Client's Institutional Client Group. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Structuring and Legal in reviewing and preparing legal documentation in relation to structured products issuance. Responsibilities include coordinating time-sensitive material, handling confidential data, managing regulatory filings and providing support as needed. This role will report to the Head of the Legal Documentation Unit within Client's Retail Third Party Distribution group. Key Responsibilities: o Drafting of deal documentation (Term Sheets, Pricing Supplements and Notes) for structured products o Liaising with Sales, Structuring and Legal teams on transactions o Develop, test and maintain templates to enable automation of deal documentation for listed structured products issuances o Reporting and escalating any legal-related issues to line managers as appropriate and coordinating with other members of the documentation team o May perform other duties as required and assigned o Above all, the job holder must be able to effectively and proactively manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while applying industry and process knowledge. KnowledgeExperience: o Bachelor's degree required o Proficient with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as Adobe Professional. o Effective written, listening and verbal communication skills. o Effective problem solving, grammar, spelling, and proof reading skills o Strong organizational and follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines at any given time. o Highly organized individual with special attention to detail; motivated self-starter with initiative, sound judgment and discretion. o Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team environment. o Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management andor other departments
