This individual will provide investor relations support, including the preparation of materials (presentations, quantitative analyses, written responses and talking points) on the company, market and competitor information that are sent internally (including the Boards of Directors) and externally (investors, research analysts and rating agencies). The candidate must have strong organizational, communication, quantitative and analytical skills, possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and must be able to meet deadline requirements. The individual would have the potential opportunity to be promoted to gain additional public markets investor relations responsibilities within the Firm over time. The role is located in the New York office and will report to the Co-Heads of Public Markets Investor Relations.PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESConduct market and competitor analysis in support of strategic decision making and investor communicationsAssist in preparation of frequent Board presentations outlining trading multiples and industry and market activitySupport the quarterly earnings process by preparing earnings conference call scripts, press releases, investor presentations, Q&A documents, and other prep materialsCollaborate with Accounting, FP&A, LegalCompliance, Comms and other teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of figures and alignment of external messagingAssist with crafting talking pointsmessaging for investor engagements including conferences, Investor Days, and one-on-one meetingsSupport other strategic projects teamwide responsibilities including capital markets transactions and M&AQualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree from a top school with a minimum of one year of related work experienceExperience Required:2 to 4+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in equity research, valuation, accounting, investment banking, investment management or management consultingGeneral Requirements:Strong corporate finance and accounting skillsDemonstrated strong academic performancePossess a strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly to contribute to a team-oriented environmentExceptional Excel and PowerPoint capabilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and represent the Firm in a professional mannerAttention to detail, placing a high priority on accuracy and organizationProblem solver with ability to research solutions and suggest resolutionsDemonstrated experience working in a team environment with multiple tasksMotivated with the ability to set priorities, multitask, and monitor own workload to meet aggressive deadlinesExperience with or ability to learn OneStream, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, NASDAQ IR, Visible Alpha and other data providersReporting RelationshipsCompensationThe anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.$120,000 - $140,000The firm also offers robust Benefits offerings.
