Find out how TripleLift raises up the programmatic ecosystem at .The TeamThe US Revenue team focuses on providing meaningful solutions and value to our demand customers in order to build long-term partnerships that drive ad spend and revenue for Triplelift.The RoleThe Sales Director is responsible for building success by identifying, qualifying and selling prospects on the value of TripleLift. This role is part of the Independent Agency sales team and will be tasked with growing revenue and demand across a targeted list of independent agencies in the US with an emphasis on eCommerce agencies specialized in buying across retail media networks. This seasoned seller will be responsible for supporting new and existing business across their account list, creating an actionable plan of execution for account prioritization, and selling TripleLift's full suite of programmatic and managed service solutions. The best candidate brings eCommerce agency relationships with them to the table, and they are comfortable presenting at both a tactical and strategic level; all the while evangelizing, educating and influencing agency key decision makers. Responsibilities:Develop leads and build the pipeline in order to meetexceed quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales planLead sales and business development activities for a targeted list of eCommerce and Independent Agencies by building relationships with key decision makers at agencies, trading desks, DSPs, and the brands they representEstablish account and opportunity management plans for your account targets that are consistent with Triplelift's growth goalsUtilize a customer-first solution-selling philosophy by listening to key business requirements and challenges, and selling through TL's solutions that meet the clients' needsCollaborate internally with key stakeholders to drive forward client needs and requirementsAssess potential business deals, through RFP response and pursue proactive opportunities via strategic partnershipsMaintain proper adherence to company standards for data entryutilizationEffectively forecast monthly and quarterly sales Qualifications:Solid understanding of the programmatic landscape with an emphasis on eCommerce, high impact creative, and CTVMotivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and push revenue expectationsAbility to creatively package TripleLift solutions through an enterprise sell, capitalizing on a challenger and value-selling approachStrong network of contacts within eCommerce and Independent Agencies, DSPs, and 3p partnersStrong analytical skills and understanding of customers' needsComfortable taking ownership of projects and showcasing key accomplishmentsStrives for continued learning opportunities to build upon craftExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work individually and collaborativelyAbility to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced start-up environmentAbility to accept feedback and constructive critique positivelyExtremely strong and demonstrable work ethic Education Requirement:Bachelor's DegreeExperience Requirement:5+ years in digital, media or ad tech sales while carrying a sales quotaExperience selling programmatic solutions to eCommerce agencies#LI-MK1US Jobs: The below range represents the potential on target earnings for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, experience and performance. This range includes both base and potential variable compensation and is not guaranteed. The range listed is just one component of TripleLift's total compensation package for employees.
