She will report to the Client Service Manager and will be located at Hearst Tower.The successful candidate will be organized, have an eye for detail and a passion for customer service.Key Responsibilities:Hospitality:Be the first point-of-contact and concierge in the Property Management Office (PMO)Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers and visitorsPromote Tishman Speyer's ZO. amenity offeringsMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction, responding to customer needs in a timely mannerActively support the Property Management team in fostering long lasting relationshipsOperations: Provide support to ensure smooth operations of the PMOManage customer requests using our work order system and coordinate with building operations teamAssist the Client Service Manager (CSM) in distribution of monthly rent statements and processing invoices in a timely mannerAssist new customers with onboarding proceduresSchedule periodic contracted services with building vendors as neededUpdate office files as and when requiredDistribute daily freight elevator and loading dock scheduleCoordinate incoming and outgoing mail, overnight deliveries, and courier serviceMaintain certificates of insurance for contractors, customers, and vendorsUpdate all directories and emergency contact lists as neededAssist the Property Management team with projects and communicationAbout You:Qualifications:At least one year of experience in either commercial real estate or hospitality industryBachelor's degreeProficient in Microsoft Office or equivalentAbility to understand and communicate in English, verbally and in writingCritical Competencies for Success:Thrive in an innovative and fast-paced environmentDemonstrate strong interpersonal skillsProvide exceptional customer serviceSupport Tishman Speyer's hospitality initiativesAdditional Requirements: Prolonged periods of standingFrequent walkingOccasionally lift andor move 10-20 lbs*Onsite presence is required for this position.The base compensation range for this role is $60,000 to $65,000. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, as well as access to our comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plan (with matching contributions), wellness benefits and all other benefits afforded to full-time Tishman Speyer employees.This base range reflects a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skill sets, andor licensure required of an individual in this particular role.
