The Territory Sales Manager is an outside sales role. You will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by prospecting and acquiring new clients across the assigned territory while maintaining relationships with existing customers. This role will require you to be highly motivated, proactive, and customer-focused, with the ability to effectively communicate the value of our productsservices.Responsibilities:Prospect and cold call potential clients to generate new business opportunities.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives within assigned territory.Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.Requirements:Proven track record of success in outside sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.Familiarity with the categories of Tools & Equipment and Automotive Collision supplies.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.Benefits:Competitive pay and commission prehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company.Ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.Dynamic and supportive work environment with a collaborative team culture.Notice to all applicants: Medco Tool is a drug-free workplace.
