Additionally, the successful candidate will: Navigate through the Research Protocol and Facilities Management Solution Systems (RPM) to perform the following:Animal orderingPrint Cage CardsRemove animals from database or input animal disposition.Manage and input all DCM State and Research Requisition for purpose of cost center tracking.Assist Administrator with:General duties regarding office informationNon-animal suppliesProvide information for restock of inventory - qualify and quantity of items to be purchasesBe in charge of time, attendance and overtime records for CSEA employeesServe as SOP coordinator and maintainupdated SOP's in SharePointServe as the Department Website AdministratorPerform other tasksduties as assigned or as business needs warrantRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree2+ plus years of responsible work experience related to animal careFamiliarity with computer software packagesKnowledge of RPM a Animal Research Protocol and Facilities Management Database Software ProgramPreferred Qualifications:Work Schedule:Monday to Friday; 8:00am to 4:00pm (Full-Time)Salary GradeRank: SL-2Salary Range: Commensurate with experience and qualificationsExecutive Order:Pursuant to Executive Order 161, no State entity, as defined by the Executive Order, is permitted to ask, or mandate, in any form, that an applicant for employment provide his or her current compensation, or any prior compensation history, until such time as the applicant is extended a conditional offer of employment with compensation.
