They are a growing team looking to hire a Tax Specialist.Job DescriptionDevelop and execute tax strategies for primary fund investments, secondary fund investments, and direct investmentsAdvise legal, compliance, and investment teams on fund structuring, offering actionable tax insights and recommendationsCollaborate with external tax advisers and legal counsel to ensure effective deal and fund tax structuringConduct in-depth tax research and oversee the preparation of RIC tax work papers, financial statement provisions, filings, and compliance testsServe as a point of contact for internal and external clients on tax-related matters MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
