This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in supporting the product and engineering function of a fast-growing Series B startup. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing environment, demonstrates exceptional judgment, and possesses outstanding administrative, organizational, and analytical skills. A growth mindset and a proactive, self-starter attitude are essential for success in this role.What you'll ownManage the executives' complex calendars, including scheduling, coordinating, and preparing for all meetings and events;Anticipate needs, resolve calendar conflicts, and clear blockers to ensure focus on high priority tasks;Assist with preparing for meetings, including gathering materials and briefing documents;Plan and manage intricate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, car rentals, visas, and detailed itineraries;Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, including executives, board directors, internal teams, and external partners;Drive logistics for key team activities, including executive meetings, all-hands, board meetings, offsites, and other events;Arrange venues, catering, and other services as needed for promotional and networking events;Coordinate logistics for guests visiting Spotnana's global offices;Provide onsite support at Spotnana's NYC office, when needed.Experience to bring with you3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting multiple C-level executives in a fast-paced, technical environment;High caliber operational execution by prioritizing tasks efficiently;Detail oriented with a focus on organization;Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills;Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach;Demonstrated ability to exercise excellent judgment and discretion while maintaining confidentiality;Ability to remain diplomatic while providing thoughtful pushback, when necessary;Comfortable navigating shifting priorities in a dynamic, evolving organization;Focus on providing high quality executive care;Based in the New York City area and able to work a hybrid schedule, with at least three days per week in office.Let's talk compensationSpotnana strives to offer fair, industry-competitive and equitable compensation. Our market-based compensation approach uses data from trusted third party compensation sources to set salary ranges that are thoughtful and consistent with the role, industry, company size, and internal equity of our team. Each employee is paid within the minimum and maximum of their position's compensation range based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related specifications.
