It doesn't get bigger than this.As part of the elite NYC leadership team, this role will be leading a team of 16 high performing recruiters including 1 SVP, 2 VP's and a host of divisional and senior individual contributors that are currently tracking at $28k PPH. Within this, average tenure is 4 years & have growth plans to hire 6 additional good humans this year.
