We cater logistics strategies and processes to our customers' needs by utilizing the latest information systems and advanced technologies.SummaryThe Senior Manager, overseeing Wholesale Planning, Customer Service, and Performance Management for Hyundai, Kia, Genesis, and Non-Captive customers, will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of logistics, performance management, and customer service strategies across multiple brands. This position will lead a team that manages the performance tracking, reporting, and network design activities to meet the strategic objectives for wholesale planning and customer satisfaction. The Senior Manager will collaborate with internal teams, executives, and external stakeholders to ensure all performance goals are met, overseeing the development of reporting tools, KPI tracking, and customer service management for Hyundai, Kia, Genesis, and non-captive customers.
