We're looking for a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to ensure the quality and consistency of our menu offerings while contributing to a positive and collaborative kitchen atmosphere.Key Responsibilities:Execute Recipes to Standard: Follow all recipes precisely, ensuring high-quality and consistent food preparation, especially with pasta and pizza.Station Management: Set up and maintain your station, ensuring cleanliness and proper stock. Adhere to FIFO standards and perform opening and closing procedures as directed.Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members and supervisors, maintaining a positive, team-oriented environment. Support others when needed and communicate effectively.Guest Satisfaction: Anticipate and accommodate guest needs, ensuring all food orders are delivered promptly and accurately. Handle special dietary requests or allergies with care.Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all health and safety guidelines. Report any equipment issues or damages immediately.Training & Development: Actively participate in training sessions, daily meetings, and share knowledge with peers. Lead by example, continuously learning and improving skills.Requirements:High-Volume Experience: Prior experience as a line cook in a high-volume, upscale environment is essential.Italian Cuisine Expertise: Knowledge of Italian dishes, particularly pasta and pizza, is a significant advantage.Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods. Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.Flexible Schedule: Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Professional Attitude: Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
