Senior International Tax Analyst

Job Title:Senior International Tax AnalystRole Overview:Are you a highly skilled and experienced Senior International Tax Analyst who is looking for challenging and engaging work within a collaborative team? You will primarily focus on international aspects of tax compliance, provision, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). You possess a deep understanding of international tax regulations and are adept at navigating the complexities of global tax compliance. You'll also occasionally assist with domestic tax matters, providing a well-rounded approach to our tax strategy. This is a remote position; however you will be required to be onsite at our Frisco, TX office occasionally. We will only consider candidates who are a commutable distance to Frisco or Dallas and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.About the role:Prepare international aspects of US tax provision and compliance, including GILTI, BEAT, FDII, E&P and PTEP calculations, subpart F computations, sourcing of income and allocation & apportionment of expenses, foreign tax credit, and dual consolidated loss analysis and reportingSupport transfer pricing documentation requests and processesAssist in various international tax planning activities including tax research, estimated tax forecasts, and other projects involving a high degree of complexityActively participate and contribute in process initiatives including process optimization; develop and implement procedural changes to improve the tax functionProvide support in relation to tax audits and inquiresCommunicate with team members and outside consultants on tax related mattersAssist other team members as requiredAbout you: At least 5 years (we'd love more!) of experience with international tax matters in a public accounting firm andor a multinational corporationBABSBBA degree in Accounting or related field preferred; advanced degree in Accounting or Tax a plusStrong technical knowledge of US international taxationExperience working on complex projects with geographically diverse teamsExcellent organizational skills and ability to work independently with limited supervisionHighly effective communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues throughout the businessFocused attention to detail with a high level of accuracyAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriatelyStrong sense of ownership and urgencyWorking knowledge of OneSource Tax ProvisionExperience with SAP and WorkDay preferredAdvanced Excel; proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)Experience with Alteryx a plusStrong aptitude for learning new software applicationsStrong project management and organizational skillsDemonstrate high degree of integrity and ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive informationYou are a problem-solver, solutions-focused, and enjoy being part of a long-tenured and collaborative team#LICompany OverviewMcAfee is a leader in personal security for consumers.
