The brilliance of our people makes a positive difference.Base Salary Range - $180,000 - $200,000 plus 5% bonus.Business area and teamThe Client Delivery group provides implementation, upgrade and professional services to our clients, working collaboratively with our sales and client success organizations to accelerate client acquisition and engaging proactively with our existing clients on new opportunities. The business unit is focused on guiding our clients to adopt best practices and implement our standard solutions, ultimately enabling our clients to maximize their return on investment.The Role The Head of Client Delivery is a regional leadership position responsible for overseeing the successful selling and delivery of projects and services across the North America region.They act as a regional leader, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and to budget, whilst satisfying client expectations, implementing and evolving project management processes in line with global governance and control standards.They also play a fundamental role in owning the Professional Services P&L for the region. This includes working with sales and presales to support new client acquisition and client expansion projects - whilst simultaneously building services pipeline for lifecycle services, upgrades, optimization and client enablement.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management Project Governance and Control Framework oversight: risk management, change management, financial discipline and reporting capabilitiesManage client expectations: Effectively communicate timelines, status, risks and issues, budgets, and project scope to clients, managing their expectations throughout the delivery lifecycle.Ensure projects delivered by the team meet global PM standardsManage and resolve project escalations which may occur; own the return to green plans and stakeholder management internally and externallyAccurately forecast project revenue and costs over the duration of the project to drive profitability and prioritisation requirements.Professional Services Sales Ownership:Own, expand, drive and manage the regional professional services sales pipeline, accurately estimating pipeline deals at various stages of the sales process.Engage and collaborate with all internal teams to gain support for landing the deals in the pipeline and converting business into reality in accordance with the sales stigate sales campaigns in collaboration with internal teams to maximise adoption of PS and client success through team delivery.Delivery Leadership:Support the design and implementation of the global delivery strategy, ensuring consistent delivery excellence across all regions.Track performance goals and KPIs: monitor and act upon key performance indicators (KPIs) which measure the effectiveness of the delivery function and track progress towards strategic goals.Standardize delivery processes and methodologies: Implement consistent delivery methodologies to ensure efficiency and quality.Identify and manage delivery risks: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks associated with delivering projects and services in region.Team Management and Organizational Collaboration:Lead and mentor a local team of project managers and implementation analysts: Provide guidance and support to staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing delivery team.Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources effectively across projects, ensuring the right people are assigned to the right projects managing against future capacity plans and project prioritisation.Talent Development: Attract, hire, develop and retain top talent, focusing on building skills and expertise to meet evolving client needs.Promote a culture of continuous improvement: Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the delivery function, encouraging innovation and best practice sharing across the company.Collaboration: Build trusting, productive relationships with key business counterparts across sales, product, engineering and client success - to improve the client experience and drive operational excellence through the client journey.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients: Develop strong relationships with major clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met consistently.Support the sales and client success teams in nurturing and deepening client relationshipsRequired Education & ExperienceExperience in project delivery management within financial servicesExperience in vendor engagements within projects either as a vendor dealing with a bank or a bank dealing with a vendorProven leadership of a delivery P&L and experience in driving a sales pipeline engagement processProven track record of successfully leading and motivating high-performing delivery teams.Strong understanding of different delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinking and business acumen.Ability to travel internationally as needed.Project management certification is an advantage but not mandatoryCommercial awareness, experience of budget managementAbility to quickly build sustainable client relationshipsPositive client service approach with a 'can do-will do' attitude and a desire to take responsibility for deliveryCompetencies required (Xceptor competencies)TeamworkCustomer CentricityCommunication with ImpactStrategic OrientationResults DrivenChange & InnovationLeading PeopleDeveloping People#LI-TH1#LI-HybridThis is a great opportunity to join an innovative, fast-paced, highly collaborative, and forward-thinking organisation, during a significant growth phase.
