Job Description HelloFresh is seeking an entrepreneurial, strategic, and analytical Creative Strategy Manager to join our Performance and Innovation Team at our Brooklyn, NY studio. This role reports to the Director of Performance Creative Strategy and will partner closely with the Brand Creative team and Growth Marketing teams. Our Performance Innovation team is an entrepreneurial creative studio focused on delivering a high output of creative assets for our growth partners. You will need to love working in a fast paced environment and enjoy finding creative solutions to drive performance across paid digital channels including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google etc. You will be responsible for working collaboratively with the growth team and the creative performance innovation team to build end-to-end strategy, testing, and creative management to drive results. The ideal candidate will be ready to react to growth briefs by applying data-driven insights and creative solutions for channels, collaborate with the creative team on static + video concepts, ensure brand guidelines are adhered to throughout creative production.
