Perform periodic cycle counts (minimum yearly) to ensure an accurate inventory of all spare parts. Order and receive all spare parts for the plant. Maintain Plant Equipment Asset Register: All plant equipment is identified and labeled. Ensure all process and utility equipment components are entered and current in the CMMS system to ensure accurate inventory and accounted-for parts value. Maintenance Scheduling: Coordinate with production on planned maintenance activities to minimize production downtime while ensuring the equipment is adequately maintained. Stakeholder management: Update and consult relevant stakeholders regularly, manage expectations of relevant stakeholders during the execution of duties, involve stakeholders in decision-making making and build and maintain a network of relevant stakeholders Supplier Management: Build a good relationship with our spare parts suppliersvendors. Methods and techniques: Keep up with relevant inventory, process equipment, and CMMS methods and techniques and optimize the implementation. Functional Duties•Orders and maintains the reliability department's spare parts inventory. Ensures spare parts are ordered on time and in our inventory and entered into the CMMS system. Performs periodic inventory counts to ensure accuracy in the CMMS. •Maintains working knowledge and is responsible for industry-specific inventory management and CMMS systems. •Supports customer and regulatory audits as needed. The Reliability Specialist position is also responsible for maintaining the requirements set forth by the Maintenance Blueprint program. These tasks are at the core of this position: •Updating and verifying the Equipment information in the CMMS system•Developing and maintaining the S-88 Coding structure and labeling of all assets.•Organizing and maintaining the electronic and physical library•Recovery of all Data in Government monitoring equipment for reporting•All other duties as assigned.
