You will get an opportunity to derive insights from large complex datasets and impact business decisions through data-based findings and product implementations.ResponsibilitiesEngage with senior management and business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement in the clients portfolioEstablish Key Performance Indicators to measure the effectiveness of business decisionsIndependently address complex problems and suggest product process flows that will enhance customer experience on credit cardComfortable working with and defining productprocess flows, customer journey map, creating and testing user stories, large datasets, including managing large number of data sources, analyzing data quality, and pro-actively working with client's data IT teams to resolve issuesBuild robust strategies that positively impact the revenue and reduce losses for clients businessCollaborate with team members to collect and analyze dataprocess flowsLead productprocess flow enhancements leveraging Agileproduct development conceptsLeverage graphs, infographics, dashboards to visualize product enhancementsDistill highly technical information into concise business presentationsCreate presentations and reports based on recommendations and findingsBasic QualificationsBachelor's or Masters degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Engineering or Analytics related field5+ years of experience in banking operations and credit card, preferably in fraud, disputes, collections operations domain5+ years of product management experience in banking domain eg: implementation of new features or feature enhancement to banking walletappHands-on experience with SASHadoop Hive, SQL, Tableau and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication, presentation and story building skillsStrong analytical skills with the demonstrated ability to research and make decisions based on the day-to-day complex customer problemsGood to have QualificationsSAS, Hadoop Hive, Python, R, Unix, Teradata and other statistical software knowledgeJIRA, Confluence, product and process flow documentation knowledgeLed teams and driven product changes for banking mobile application, payment networksAbility to adapt to emerging analytic tools and solutions into standard operating proceduresKnowledge of basic machine learning algorithms like decision trees, regression models and clustering
