The Supervisor elevates complex issues to Team Manager, AOC or Hospice MD on call. The RN Supervisor also provides quality professional telephonic intervention to patients based on the Plan of Care. Managerial and Clinical experience is a must.Shift.Fri, Sat & Sun. Two days are 12hour shifts and 1 day is 11 hours. This is an Office Field position.Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, BSN or BS degree preferredThree years of Hospice nursing experienceSupervisory or leadership experience preferred2-5 years Hospice experienceOn Call requiredNew York State RN licensureNYS valid license preferredCurrent CHPN certification preferred
