MMC offers a flexible hybrid work model encouraging collaboration in the office three days a week, while allowing remote work for two days. As part of MMC's Health & Well-being Practice - a pillar of growth and strength at the agency - you will be part of a very exciting team delivering innovation for our clients! In this role as an Account Supervisor, you will serve as a brand business leader that is part of a strategic and collaborative integrated team that delivers scientific communications as well as creative and cutting-edge consumer programs for our healthcare client in the gastrointestinal space. This position plays a key role in overall account management, client relations, campaign development and execution, and works closely to oversee and mentor junior staff.For this opportunity, your experience will help drive strategic planning, development, and execution for a biopharmaceutical in the GERD treatment landscape. This role provides a wide range of opportunities and touches nearly all facets of healthcare communications, including dataregulatory milestones, celebrity and influencer engagement, partnerships, media relations, digital oversight, creative execution, project management, strategic ideation, client leadership and much more.YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: Work with team leaders and integrated team to ensure that client goals are clearly set and met for each program elementParticipate in the development of consumer health campaign ideation, development and execution, dataregulatory milestone communication and annual brand planningCollaborate with agency partners on integrated consumer campaignActively participate in client meetings and calls; serve as a key contact for the client on multiple projectsOverseedevelop client agendas and emails, campaign materials, material developmentsupport for data and regulatory milestonesFacilitate materials review process for pharmaceutical regulatorylegalmedical review and work with broader team on implementing precedence and best practicesContinually seek to evolve your knowledge of your specialty, client's business and competitors, vertical industry, media landscape, and emerging trends in consumer behaviorPartner with project management team to maintain project timelines and ensure deadlines are metCollaborate with client finance team on program finances, team target hours, billability and profitabilityManage and mentor a junior staff member WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Bachelor's in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field4-6 years of accountbrand management experience in a PR agency setting1+ years of supervisorymanagement experienceAbility to lead and motivate a high performing teamExperience working with high-science pharmaceutical accounts as well as branded consumer health campaigns; celebrity program experience preferred but not requiredFamiliarity with relevant FDA regulations and industry guidelines a mustClear understanding of the Medical, Legal and Regulatory (MLR) review process of materialsProficiency with Veeva (or similar platform)Strong data communications experienceProven track record in client service, program execution, and client presentationsKnowledge of healthcare communication industry's trends, resources, and diverse mediaAbility to plan strategically and devise work plansBudget management experienceAbility to work cross functionally on diverse work teamsExcellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skillsWHAT MMC OFFERS:Paid HolidaysVacation & Wellness DaysComprehensive health and wellness benefitsLifestyle Benefits Reimbursement Program (Fitness, Home Internet & Select Cell Phone Services)Savings program with company matchFamily Forming Benefit (paid parental leave) and Carrot Fertility (egg freezing, IVF benefits)Flexible work arrangementsProfessional learning and development opportunitiesLearning Development FundDiscount on Pet InsuranceCommuter benefits...and so much more!The anticipated salary range for this position is ($75,000-$110,000). Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
