This role is all about streamlining people processes, automating workflows, and creating an exceptional employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.Who you areA customer obsessive. You're always looking to prioritize your time and resources to maximum efficiency.What You'll DoYour responsibilities will span people, office operations, and travel management, including:Taking ownership of cross-functional initiatives that fall outside existing teams, defining scope, and executing effectively.Enhancing the CEO's and office productivity by streamlining time, information, and decision-making processes.Supporting the CEO in meetings by tracking follow-ups and project-managing deliverables.Own the onboardingand offboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.Manage employee data and input new hires into Rippling, ensuring accuracy in compensation and equity allocations.Oversee systems access management, granting and revoking permissions as needed.Serve as the go-to for HR-related needs, ensuring compliance and maintaining employee records.Automate and optimize workflows and paperwork, making processes more efficient.Educate employees on benefits, ensuring they understand their options and maximizing their value.Improve and manage office operations, including ordering supplies and enhancing the in-office experience.And you will be in charge of putting out fires. Your main job is to ensure that Rilla wins.What We NeedExperience in world-class business operations, and project management.You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and love solving operational challenges.Experience with managing no-code systems (spreadsheets, datasets, CRMs, products, people, etc).You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven-you make things seamless and scalable.You love automation and finding ways to make work more efficient.You're a people-first problem solver who enjoys helping employees feel supported and informed.You can move, think, act, and learn extremely fast.What We'd LikeFamiliarity working at an early age start-upYou have experience with HR systems (Rippling, BambooHR, or similar) and understand compensation and equity structures.Familiarity with Notion, Calendar applications, and various schedulingorganization tools
