For more information, please visit the Role:We are looking for a full-time Lead Account Manager in the Central region to support our Sales Team and Client Services in meeting campaign objectives and provide a high level of customer service to clients and internal stakeholders. This role is based out of the Central time zone and will work remote. The right candidate will work hand in hand with the VP, Client Services and the Sales organization to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and agencies to help drive renewals and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have experience in digital advertising, and can translate client goals and objectives into effective online advertising experiences. The role will be responsible for managing a team of Account Managers in successful execution of campaigns post-sale through wrap-up.ResponsibilitiesOwn operational processes for accounts along with strategic partnerships in their entirety (managing the kick-off call, campaign implementation, strategizing, reconciliation, performance optimization and evaluation) Directly communicate with clients to determine goals, create parameters and set appropriate expectations and manage any issues to resolutionParticipate in internal brainstorming sessionsProvide regular account updates, performance notes and consistent reporting to clients and internal sales staff Work in tandem with Trafficking & Optimization teams, Research and Studio to ensure campaigns are set up successfully and performing their best and meeting campaign objectives and KPIsWork with all internal departments on the development and implementation of campaignsMonitor and report campaign performance to ensure delivery and billingPresent campaign results via Excel and PowerPoint presentationsLead and support the Central pod with day to day troubleshooting as well as creating growth and development opportunities.Maintain and optimize team processes to streamline efficienciesRepresent our team's core values everyday: Culture First; Play Like a Team; Representation through passion and authenticity; Pave the way with innovation; Care for ourselves, clients and each other; Question the status quo; White Glove ServiceQualifications5+ years of experience in digital account manager role at a digital publisherdigital network requiredBachelor's Degree requiredExcellent oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work with broad range of internal and external clientsUnderstanding of cross channel media and rich media formats and video including VAST and VPAIDExperience working with viewability & verification vendors such as IAS, DoubleVerify, iSpotDigital media industry experienceStrong computer skills especially in Excel and PowerPointA strong ability to perform independently while working in a team environmentProactive, energetic and have excellent follow through skillsWilling to work in a fast paced, start-up environmentExperience in Salesforce and Asana a plusRequires at least 20% travel to meet with clients, attend production events, and collaborate with internal teams across various locations.Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion both internally and externallyBe a leader and embrace our team's core values: Culture First, Play Like a Team, Pave The Way, Care and Think BigThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000k + bonus.
