About the roleVcheck is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our dynamic NYC team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our global operations by ensuring smooth workflows, high data quality, and exceptional client experiences. This is a fully onsite position based out of our office in Chelsea! What you'll be doingCollaborate closely with Investigations Leadership, Customer Success, and Sales teams to streamline daily operations. Maintain accurate and timely data entry in our CRM (Salesforce) and project management platform (Jira), including order details, sales data, client information, and outsourcing costs. Manage project timelines, assign work to the Quality Control and Investigations teams, and adapt schedules as needed. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Translate data into actionable insights for key stakeholders across the business. Assist the Customer Success team in managing client accounts, resolving inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. Conduct initial research on due diligence subjects using public records, commercial databases, and media outlets. Champion data quality and consistency across all operational processes. Excellent communication and people management skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent writing and editing skills. Detail oriented, analytical and exceptional critical thinking. Experience using databases and public record resources. Demonstrated ability to convey a sense of urgency, openness to new ideas, inclusion and diversity, integrity, and customer focus. Professional fluency in English and professional proficiency in a foreign language is a bonus. Availability to work a full-time schedule with the understanding that additional hours and weekend work may be eligible for time and a half pay (OT).
