In this position, you'll define the strategic direction of the portfolio and drive adoption of the test. You will also represent user needs internally and distill these into prioritized product requirements that enhance the value for users. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional product leader to work on cutting edge technology. This is an individual contributor position. What you'll doStrategic Leadership & Cross-Functional CollaborationOwn the on-market Lung portfolio and further projects from end-to-end by defining the product vision, overall strategic priorities, and roadmap in alignment with corporate objectivesWork closely with Technical, Commercial, Medical Affairs, and various other teams to execute on product strategy and tactics to deliver meaningful impact for users and market successProduct Development & Lifecycle ManagementOversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-market growth phases for a multi-dimensional product encapsulating assay, machine learning, lab and business operationsApply data-driven insights to identify opportunities for innovation, prioritize product features, and write product requirementsAct as the key bridge between commercial and technical teams to drive product improvements and champion the customerEnsure compliance with regulatory standards and quality guidelinesMarket Analysis & User EngagementConduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and act as the user championUtilize customer feedback to refine product offerings and improve user experienceBuild relationships with key stakeholders, including providers, payers, and patients, to ensure product adoption and satisfactionPartner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies that ensure successful product launchesPerformance MonitoringDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, such as customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and market adoption ratesLead Quarterly Business Reviews and advocate the program with executivesUse performance insights to inform ongoing product development and strategic decisionsWhat you'll have accomplished 12 months from nowDeveloped and deployed a fully developed and well-researched product strategyroadmap for FirstLook LungDefined a clear data-driven decision making process for product-related planning and decision making Created a robust financial plan for FirstLook Lung that contemplates current run rate as well as broader market inputsDemonstrated significant market uptake in line with volume and revenue projections Fostered a collaborative and productive working environment with engineering and design teamsWhat you'll bring to DELFIRequiredBachelor's degree in an analytical, technical, or scientific field. 7+ years of experience in diagnostics, biotechnology, or related industries5+ years of experience in commercial product management with a focus on AI-based healthcare or diagnostic productsAbility to lead through influence in a cross-functional environment. Knowledge and proven experience following formal product development process (PDP) andor Design Control for diagnostic, IVD or life science products is requiredStrong design-thinking and problem-solving skills, with an entrepreneurial mindsetPreferredA postgraduate degree qualification, e.g., Ph.D., MBA, MSExperience with clinical lab operations, molecular diagnostics (NGS a plus), or order-to-cash processesExperience working with health systems and pharmaBackground in business strategy, such as management consulting or corporate strategy rolesThis role is not open to recruitment agency submissions or partnerships.
