Company DescriptionMAIN JOB OBJECTIVEThe full-time Beauty Advisor for fresh will be responsible for meeting and exceeding retail sales goals. By delivering superior customer service and assisting in creating fresh in-store events, the full-time Key Holder will ensure each and every customer has the true fresh experience while building a long-term client base. As a member of a dynamic team of alchemists, and reporting to the Store Manager, the full-time Beauty Advisor should have a passion for fresh and the beauty and skincare industry.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAchieve and Exceed Fresh Retail Sales GoalsRecruit customers and actively demonstrating the Fresh productsSeating clients for skincare consultations, makeup applications, and product demonstrationsCapturing client dataFollowing-up consultation with thank you cards telephone callsScheduling follow-up appointmentsBuild up a clientele bookPromote focus items and Fresh favoritesHelp with store maintenance including cleaning and following merchandising standards and implementing the monthly focus.Maintain hygienic standards throughout the work dayAdvise supervisor of stock issues, visibility issues, changes in schedule, etc. as they occur.Use collateral prudently and in accordance with marketing directives.Establish and develop strong relationships at store level with colleagues, clients, personal shoppers, and corporate.Suggest innovative ideas that will help drive business to Store ManagerAttend Fresh corporate trainings and in-store eventsAssist at Fresh in-store eventsPromote brand-awarenessPromote team environment within store.Responsibility for opening and closing the store as is dictated by the needs of the schedule.Follow Retail Operations opening and closing procedures.Ensure that cash deposits are made when necessary and in compliance with retail operation proceduresUnderstand loss prevention proceduresSalesInventory reporting as needed.Achieve overall company sales and profit goalsAchieve retail sales numbersPhysical Requirements:Continuous standing walking for an average of 7.5 hoursday.Unpack and lift boxes up to 40 lbs.Continuous bending of neck, arms, torso and legs for an average of 7.5 hoursday.Work in a fragrance filled environment.Physical contact with clientscustomers.PROFILEYou have a minimum of 2-5 years of experienceIndependent, self-motivated, energetic individualProfessional makeup skills preferredSkincare knowledgeOutgoing personalityMust have flexible schedule, and ability to observe vacation blackout periodsMust be available to open and close storeThe salary range for the role is $21 - $25hourJob DescriptionQualificationsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
