Director Of Operations

We are looking for an experienced Director of Operations to join our DME company in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations management, with strong leadership skills and experience in driving sales growth. You will be responsible for expanding the product line, building and leading a high-performing team, and ensuring efficient, profitable daily operations. This is a key leadership role with a competitive salary of $150k-$250k, depending on experience.Responsibilities:Product Line Expansion: Identify & launch new DME products. Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and product availability.Contract Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms for contracts and agreements to maximize profitability. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant industry regulations and standards. Credentials & Billing: Ensure that we have the right credentials and billing codes to maximize profitability. Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality control measures to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer expectations and drive satisfaction. Customer Service: Nurture strong customer relationships through personalized service and effective communication.
