Position: Clinical Performance Measurement Analyst Location: Falls Church, VAWork Environment: Hybrid Clearance Required: NoneStatus: Contingent Upon Contract AwardKnowesis is seeking multiple Clinical Performance Measurement Analysts to provide performance measurement support for the TRICARE Health Plan within the Department of Defense (DoD). The Clinical Performance Measurement Analysts will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on clinical performance data to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services within the TRICARE Health Plan. This role involves the development, implementation, and monitoring of clinical quality measures, performance improvement initiatives, and data-driven decision-making processes.To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess U.S. Citizenship without the need for sponsorship, both now and in the future. Applicants without proof of U.S. Citizenship will not be considered due to the position's security clearance requirements.The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Review and analyze reports involving workload data, performance metrics, and other statistical information for content, completeness, and timeliness, and develop executive summaries of key points. Assess compliance related to specific standards, metrics, and outcomes. Provide efforts to improve patient outcomes and the efficiency and effectiveness of regional Case Management (CM) Special Needs (SN) programs. Review and evaluate conflicts and programmatic issues to resolve issues and improve patient access, efficiency, and effectiveness of regional care. Participate in and advise DHA and clinical committees in the development of recommendations for regulations, guidelines, and procedures relating to program and business operations in addition to clinical operations for issues such as optimization or innovative improvement programs. Provide expert analysis and recommendations on all clinical matters with DHA, Services, and OSD-HA. Recommends, monitors, assesses and provides input regarding healthcare contractor status reports on contract performance of clinical programs, demonstrations, projects and initiatives. Provides assessment of the financial impact of purchased care programs and identifies areas for Government approval on potential performance improvement. Identify program issues, policies and the resolution of critical problems affecting contract operations with regard to medical management, population health, clinical quality management, clinical measures and outcomes, demonstrations, initiatives and projects. These programs directly affect beneficiaries, MTFs, and many civilian healthcare providers and institutions serving MHS beneficiaries. Assist with overarching planning to support operations and TRICARE policy implementation to improve patient outcomes, efficiency and effectiveness of medical management, population health, clinical quality and patient safety, demonstrations and initiatives. Collaborate as needed with other Government and contractor staff at TRICARE Area Offices (TAO), Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs), Defense Health Networks (DHNs) or other Government organizations. Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards to stakeholders, including senior management, healthcare providers, and external reviewers. Stay updated on the latest developments in clinical quality management, healthcare analytics, and performance improvement methodologies.Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, clinical quality management, or a related field. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, SAS), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and knowledge of healthcare quality standards and regulations.Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.Collaboration: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse munication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field.
