We are looking for a dynamic, Referral & Patient Relations Coordinator to help expand our reach, maintain strong relationships with physician offices, and ensure our patients receive the best care possible.Job Description:The Referral & Patient Relations Coordinator will be responsible for visiting physician offices, marketing Theradynamics' services, and fostering strong, long-term relationships with physicians, office staff, and patients. This position serves as the main point of contact between the physician offices and Theradynamics, with a focus on generating referrals, maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction, and ensuring the seamless flow of patient care. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients are scheduled appropriately, that their concerns or negative feedback are addressed promptly, and that Theradynamics maintains a strong, visible presence in the medical community. Key Responsibilities:Marketing & Outreach:Visit physician offices assigned to you a minimum of 2x per month to market Theradynamics' physical therapy services, highlighting our commitment to quality care.Generate referrals by building relationships with physicians, office staff, and other healthcare providers.Be the primary point of contact between physician offices and Theradynamics for any inquiries, updates, or concerns.Referral Management & Relationship Building:Cultivate and strengthen relationships with assigned physician offices to ensure a steady stream of referrals and patient satisfaction.Ensure a minimum 90% coverage ratio by visiting each assigned office a minimum of two times per month and building rapport with key contacts.Patient Satisfaction & Feedback:Drop off reports, communicate treatment progress, and collect feedback on patient satisfaction.Address any negative feedback or concerns from patients and work with the clinic staff to resolve issues.Ensure patients are scheduled appropriately and assist with any scheduling issues or patient care needs.Reporting & Documentation:Maintain accurate records of visits, referrals, patient satisfaction feedback, and any other relevant data.Regularly report on progress to management regarding referral generation and patient relations efforts.Travel:Travel to physician offices within an assigned territory. Candidates must have a reliable car for this role.Candidates will be reimbursed for mileage at the current IRS rate. Mileage must be tracked in Repsly or another system provided by TheradynamicsRequirements:Bilingual Preferred (EnglishSpanish)*: Should be fluent in both English and Spanish*, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers.Experience:Previous experience in medical marketing, physician relations, or a similar role is highly preferred.Familiarity with medical laws and ethical considerations, such as HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.Vehicle Requirement: Candidates must have access to a reliable vehicle for travel between physician offices.Physical Requirements: Ability to sit and stand for long periods during visits, meetings, and report drop-offs.Performance Expectation: Achieve a minimum 90% coverage ratio, meaning you will need to visit each assigned office at least twice per month.Hours: The role is full-time with an expectation of up to 8 hours per day.
