ResponsibilitiesPerform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealershipTest-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipmentDiagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, municate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairsExecute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsMentor apprentice technicians, sharing expertise and best practicesRegularly inspect and maintain diagnostic tools and shop equipmentProvide exceptional customer service, prioritizing the customer's perspective and ensuring satisfaction with the service experienceQualificationsASE certifications preferred but not requiredStrong automotive backgroundStrong teamwork skillsMust have a clean driving record and hold a valid driver's license Must be willing and able to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen Benefits701 Union Shop & BenefitsCompetitive pay at $43.15-46.20hr- base and incentive book-time payPaid Life InsuranceFamily owned and operatedPositive work environment
