About the job Account Executive FTL - Chicago Account Executive Trucking and FTL (Chicago, IL)$90,000 Base Salary, Hybrid opportunity - OTE $120,000 (uncapped, 20% comms)Hybrid Role My ClientAn International 3PL (heavy footprint in the trucking world) , originally based out of Canada with offices globally and their North America HQ being in Chicago. They are now looking to grow out this HQ branch - with some flexibility for senior sales on WFH. My client prides themself on customer service so you will have no issue with maintaining business.Recently they had spent over $400M on their operations function to allow salespeople to just sell more and build better relationships.The Ideal Candidate will be?- Minimum 12 months of Trucking Brokerage Sales experience.- New business hunter.- Experience working in a non-asset brokerage.- Flatbed, FTL, LTL, Dry Van- Air freight sales exp 12 months- Proven track record of building managing a book of business over $20,000 GP.What's in it for you?20% uncapped commission with a phenomenal operations support team to onboard and support your client base.
