Early-stage venture firm investing in industry-changing consumer tech companies is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support their FounderManaging Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small team of 9 and be a right hand to the Founder. You will provide comprehensive support through complex calendar and inbox management, drafting high-level communications, coordinating travel logistics, and ensuring seamless meeting execution. You'll also plan annual meetings and team off-sites, oversee office operations, manage special projects, and light personal support for the Founder. A proactive individual who combines strategic thinking with careful attention to detail, excelling at anticipating needs while managing multiple priorities. This is a hybrid role based in their SoHo office Tuesday through Thursday. 130-150K+ DOE + 100% benefits for employees & dependents, 401k, and unlimited PTO. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive executive support to the Managing PartnerFounder, optimizing a busy schedule, anticipating needs, and adapting to an ever-changing schedule.Manage complex scheduling and handle high-priority communications with investors, partners, and stakeholders. Organize the Partner's priorities, ensuring all preparation and follow-up for meetings are handled in a timely and efficient manner, Inbox and communication management, overseeing and drafting communication, and important stakeholder management.Oversee all travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodations, and coordination of travel documents. Booking dining reservations, providing recommendations, and continually optimizing for time.Manage and process expense reports for the Managing itiate and execute special projects and workstreams such as internal products and programs, implement tools and resources, and create and manage processes that deliver top-tier results.Plan and execute team and firm events, including annual general meetings (AGM), industry events, and team-building activities.Oversee office operations, including welcoming guests, expense management, vendor management, office cleaners, and pantry coordination.Light personal assistant support.Qualifications:5+ years of experience providing support for C-level executives, plus if previous experience in VC, financial services, or similar industries.Bachelor's degree preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem solver and resourceful. Proactively anticipate issues before they arise and proactively find and recommend solutions.Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently.Highly organized with excellent time management skills and meticulous attention to detail.Collaborative, team-player mentality with a "no-task-is-too-small-or-big" mindset. You are dynamic, adaptable, and excited by new challenges.Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.Tech-savvy, including proficiency in G Suite, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)*Please Note: Your application will be considered for all open positions.
