Bilingual Certified Medical Assistant HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Bilingual Certified Medical Assistant to join a thriving Medicare provider within Paterson Passaic County, NJDaily Responsibilities for a Bilingual Certified Medical Assistant: Assisting the Provider as directed in all facets of patient care before, during, and after the in-home visit as well as post-visit office duties as directed Reminding the Provider about open quality gaps and other priority items for in-home visits. Coordinating care with other PCT members, including through EHR task-management softwareShift: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.mRequired Qualifications for the Bilingual Certified Medical Assistant: Must be a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) from a Nationally recognized accredited institution such as AAMA, AMT, NHA, NCCT, NCMA, NAHP, AMCA, ARMA, or MedCA High School GraduateGEDEquivalent Work or VocationalTechnical SchoolDiploma, required Valid New Jersey driver's license and reliable transportation required 1+ year(s) of experience as a medical assistant working with adults geriatrics Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish, both orally and in writing, required Must have phlebotomy experience Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30-days of hire Strong interpersonal communication skills Basic computer proficiency and experience using EMRsBenefits for a Bilingual Certified Medical Assistant: Coverage starts the first day of the month following the date of hire (Ex.
