If you are interested, please feel free to reply to or give me a call at (703) 652-5687.Job Description: Job Title: Principal Management Engineer Duration: Contract to Hire Location: Troy, MI 48083 (Hybrid) Shift: 8am - 4:30pm Mon - Fri, onsite WednesdaysDuties: Under minimal supervision, the Principal Management Engineer performs project work of a complex nature. Project work may include technical analyses or may require facilitation of a large multi-disciplinary group of senior administrators andor medical leaders. The Principal Consultant may work individually, as lead consultant of a project team, or in a consulting capacity for projects not directly assigned. Performs analyses related to area of technical expertise and may train other staff members in these areas. The Principal Management Engineer serves as a technical consultant to other client's departments, prepares reports and recommendations for management, and coordinates implementation whenever possible. The Principal Management Engineer may supervise tasks of Consultants, Senior Consultants or Analysts. Heshe communicates regularly with Senior Management on specific projects.Skills: Must meet or exceed core customer service responsibilities, standards and behaviors as outlined in the client's Customer Service Policy and summarized below: Communication Ownership Understanding Motivation Sensitivity Excellence Teamwork Respect Must practice the customer skills as provided through on-going training and in-services. Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisor andor consulting experience. Previous healthcare experience is strongly preferred. Ability to manage large, complex, simultaneous assignments with potentially conflicting priorities and deadlines. Ability to leadprovoke the thinking of senior level administrators and medical leadership. Strong leadershipmentoring skills applicable to lead multi-disciplinary teams. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff across the System. Strong, growing base of analyticaltechnical, facilitative, and process improvement knowledge. Strong oral and written communication skills. Sound decision-making skills. Proven project management skills. Strong diplomacy and collaboration skills. Lean, Six Sigma, and Supply Chain Management or equivalent industry training and experience preferred.
